You can tailor your smoothie to your taste, however the smoothie must include vegetables to get that vibrant green color! You can also toss in fruits, ground flax seeds, oats, tumeric, ginger, avocado and cinnamon, which is what I do but not required. How ever you like yours is fine. I get it, I know we are all busy and maybe sometimes we don’t have time to get our fruits and vegetables in, no problem because with this smoothie it alleviates work!
